🍳 Instructions:
- Sauté the vegetables: Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add onion, carrot, and celery. Cook for 5–7 minutes until soft.
- Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Simmer the soup: Add tomato sauce, chicken broth, parsley, basil, and pepper. Stir and simmer uncovered for 20 minutes.
- Cook the pasta: In a separate pot, boil salted water. Cook ditalini pasta until al dente (about 8 minutes), then drain.
- Combine and finish: Add cooked pasta and beans to the soup. Simmer for 1–2 minutes until heated through.
- Serve hot, optionally topped with grated Parmesan and crusty bread.
