1. Prep the Ribs:

Remove the membrane (silvery skin) from the back of the ribs for better tenderness.

Rinse and pat dry with paper towels.
2. Seasoning:

Rub the ribs with olive oil.

Mix salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and a bit of brown sugar.

Massage the spice rub all over the ribs.
3. Marinate (Optional):

Let ribs sit in the fridge for at least 1 hour or overnight for stronger flavor.
4. Slow Cooking:

Preheat your oven to 150–160°C (300–325°F).

Wrap the ribs in foil and bake for 2.5–3 hours until tender.
5. BBQ Grill Finish:

Preheat your grill (or broiler if using oven).

Brush ribs with BBQ sauce and grill them for 10–15 minutes, flipping and brushing more sauce until caramelized and slightly charred.
