🔥 Method

1. Prep the Ribs:

  • Remove the membrane (silvery skin) from the back of the ribs for better tenderness.

  • Rinse and pat dry with paper towels.

2. Seasoning:

  • Rub the ribs with olive oil.

  • Mix salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and a bit of brown sugar.

  • Massage the spice rub all over the ribs.

3. Marinate (Optional):

  • Let ribs sit in the fridge for at least 1 hour or overnight for stronger flavor.

4. Slow Cooking:

  • Preheat your oven to 150–160°C (300–325°F).

  • Wrap the ribs in foil and bake for 2.5–3 hours until tender.

5. BBQ Grill Finish:

  • Preheat your grill (or broiler if using oven).

  • Brush ribs with BBQ sauce and grill them for 10–15 minutes, flipping and brushing more sauce until caramelized and slightly charred.
