🍢 Crispy Honey Garlic Shrimp Skewers
Instructions
1. Marinate the Shrimp
- Toss shrimp with honey, garlic, soy sauce, ginger, salt, and pepper.
- Let marinate for 15–30 minutes.
2. Bread the Shrimp
- Dredge shrimp in flour, dip in egg, then coat with panko.
3. Cook the Shrimp
- Thread shrimp onto skewers.
- Fry in hot oil until golden (2–3 minutes per side) or bake at 425°F (220°C) for 10–12 minutes.
4. Make the Lime Dip
- Mix mayo, lime juice, zest, honey, and salt until smooth.
- Chill until ready to serve.
5. Serve
- Plate skewers with dip on the side. Garnish with lime wedges and herbs.
