🍲 Classic Beef Stew
👨🍳 Instructions:
1. Brown the beef
- Toss beef cubes in flour, salt, and pepper.
- Sear in hot oil until browned on all sides. Remove and set aside.
2. Build the base
- In the same pot, sauté onion and garlic until fragrant.
- Stir in tomato paste, Worcestershire, thyme, and bay leaves.
3. Simmer low and slow
- Return beef to the pot. Add broth and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 1½ to 2 hours until beef is tender.
4. Add veggies
- Stir in carrots, potatoes, and celery. Simmer another 30–40 minutes until veggies are soft.
5. Finish and serve
- Remove bay leaves. Add peas or mushrooms if using.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot with crusty bread.

- Add a splash of red wine for depth.
- For a Moroccan twist, season with ras el hanout or cinnamon.
