🍳 Method
- Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F).
- Sauté onion and peppers in oil until soft.
- Mix soups, tomatoes, broth, sour cream, and spices in a bowl.
- Layer in a greased 9×13 dish: tortillas → chicken → veggie mix → soup mixture → cheese. Repeat layers.
- Bake uncovered for 45–55 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
