Instructions
🧈 Make the Biscuits:
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Cut in butter until crumbly.
- Stir in milk until dough forms. Roll and cut into rounds.
- Bake 12–15 minutes until golden.
🍖 Make the Gravy:
- Cook sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Break into crumbles.
- Add butter and melt. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
- Gradually whisk in milk. Simmer until thickened (about 5 minutes).
- Season with salt and pepper.
🍽️ Serve:
- Split warm biscuits and ladle sausage gravy over top.
- Garnish with chopped parsley or a dash of hot sauce if desired.
