- 500g Greek sausages (or any flavorful pork sausage, cut into thick slices)
- 2 red bell peppers, sliced into strips
- 2 green bell peppers, sliced into strips
- 1 yellow bell pepper (optional, for color), sliced

- 3 garlic cloves, minced
