Instructions
- Cook the Pasta
- Boil linguine in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Prepare the Chicken
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and butter. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add chicken slices and cook until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- Make the Alfredo Sauce
- In the same skillet, melt butter. Add cream and garlic powder. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
- Combine Everything
- Add cooked linguine and chicken to the sauce. Toss gently to coat.
- Simmer for 2–3 minutes to let flavors meld.
- Serve
- Garnish with chopped parsley or extra Parmesan. Serve hot with garlic bread or a crisp salad.
