🔥 Instructions:
Prep the Chips Rinse cut potatoes in cold water. Pat dry. Fry in batches at 325°F (160°C) until soft but not browned. Drain and let cool. Increase oil to 375°F (190°C) and fry again until golden and crispy. Season with salt.

Make the Batter & Fry the Fish Mix flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper. Whisk in cold sparkling water or beer until smooth. Dip fish fillets in batter and fry at 375°F (190°C) for 4–6 minutes, until golden and cooked through. Drain on paper towels.

Heat the Beans Warm baked beans in a saucepan over medium heat. Add seasonings if desired.

Serve It Up Plate crispy fish with chips and a generous spoonful of beans. Add lemon wedges, malt vinegar, or tartar sauce on the side.
