🐟 Grilled Sardines
👩🍳 Preparation:
- Prepare the marinade: In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, cumin, paprika, chili powder, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Marinate the sardines: Rub the marinade all over the sardines, inside and out. Let them sit for 15–30 minutes.
- Grill the sardines:
- Option 1: On a charcoal or gas grill, cook the sardines for 3–4 minutes on each side until crispy and golden.
- Option 2: In a hot pan or oven (200°C / 400°F), bake or pan-fry until cooked through.
- Serve: Arrange on a plate with lemon wedges. Serve hot with bread, salad, or rice.
