🥗 Shrimp Louie Salad
👨‍🍳 Instructions:
- Marinate and cook the shrimp
- Toss shrimp with lemon juice, garlic powder, olive oil, Tabasco, Worcestershire, honey, and paprika.
- Sauté in a skillet over medium-high heat until pink and opaque (5–7 minutes). Let cool.
- Make the dressing
- Blend all dressing ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Chill until ready to use.
- Assemble the salad
- In a large bowl, toss lettuce with dressing.
- Top with shrimp, eggs, avocado, tomatoes, cucumber, and capers.
- Sprinkle flaky salt and cracked pepper over eggs and avocado.

- Serve with crusty sourdough or garlic toast.
- For a lighter version, use Greek yogurt in place of some mayo.
- Swap shrimp for crab to make a classic Crab Louie.
