  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 cup red wine
  • ½ cup vinegar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cups small red potatoes
  • 1 chouriço sausage, sliced
  • Optional: carrots, parsley
