🍳 Method:
- Marinate steak in balsamic vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper for 2 hours. Bring to room temp before grilling or pan-searing.

- Build bowls: layer greens, sweet potatoes, steak, avocado, tomatoes, onion, beans, and corn.
