🍳 Method
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Prepare coating: mix Parmesan, almond flour, and seasonings in a shallow bowl.
Dip asparagus spears in beaten egg, then roll in the Parmesan mixture to coat.
Arrange on baking sheet in a single layer.
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
Serve hot, optionally with a side of garlic aioli or marinara sauce.
