Mix the meatloaf base

Mix until evenly combined.
Form the bites
Take a golf ball-sized portion of meat mixture and flatten slightly.

Repeat with remaining mixture and place on baking sheet.
Glaze
Mix ketchup and mustard in a small bowl.
Brush generously over each meatloaf bite.
Bake
Bake for 25–30 minutes until cooked through and caramelized on top.
Internal temperature should reach 160°F (71°C).
Serve
Garnish with extra parsley and serve warm.
