Ingredients:
- 500g ground meat (beef or chicken)
- 1 grated onion
- A handful of chopped parsley
- Salt, black pepper, paprika, cumin
- A drizzle of olive oil
- Optional: 1 egg or breadcrumbs for binding
Instructions:
- Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
- Shape into small balls and place on a lightly oiled baking tray.
- Bake at 200°C (392°F) for 20–25 minutes until browned and cooked through.
