👨🍳 Instructions:
- Prep the bread
- Mix butter with garlic powder and spread on one side of each bread slice.
- Assemble the sandwich
- On the unbuttered side, layer mozzarella, pepperoni, and a spoonful of pizza sauce.
- Add optional toppings if desired.
- Top with another slice of bread, buttered side out.
- Grill it
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook sandwiches 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Serve
