🍝 Instructions
- Prep the Seafood:
- Rinse the seafood blend under cold water, drain, and pat dry.
- Cook the Pasta:
- Boil spaghetti until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Sauté the Seafood:
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat.
- Add garlic and cook until lightly browned.
- Add seafood blend and black pepper. Stir until halfway cooked.
- Make the Sauce:
- Pour in clam juice, salt, crushed red pepper, and lemon juice.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
- Combine & Serve:
- Add cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss with the seafood and sauce.
- Stir in cherry tomatoes and parsley.
- Serve immediately with crusty bread or a side salad.
