15-Minute Philly Cheese Steak Grilled Cheese
🍳 Method
- Sauté onions and peppers in oil until soft (about 3–4 minutes).
- Add beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned (2–3 minutes).
- Butter one side of each bread slice.
- Assemble sandwich: on unbuttered side, layer provolone, beef mixture, American cheese, and top with second bread slice.
- Grill in skillet over medium heat until golden and cheese is melted—about 3 minutes per side.
- Slice and serve hot, with chips or pickles on the side.
