🍽 Baked Cod with Lemon and Garlic
Ingredients:

Cod fillet pieces (1.5 lbs)

Fresh parsley (¼ cup)

Fresh lemon juice (5 tbsp)

Extra virgin olive oil (5 tbsp)

Melted butter (2 tbsp)

Garlic cloves (5, minced)

All-purpose flour (⅓ cup)

Ground coriander (1 tsp)

Sweet paprika (¾ tsp)

Ground cumin (¾ tsp)

Salt (¾ tsp)

Black pepper (½ tsp)

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Mix lemon juice, olive oil, and melted butter in a bowl.

In another bowl, combine flour with spices, salt, and pepper.

Dip cod in lemon mixture, then dredge in flour mixture.

Sear cod in a hot skillet with olive oil for 2 minutes per side.

Add garlic to remaining lemon mixture and pour over fish.

Bake for 10 minutes until fish flakes easily.

Garnish with parsley and serve immediately
