🍳 Method
Preheat air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
Toss shrimp in olive oil, garlic, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Arrange shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Cook for 6–8 minutes, shaking halfway, until shrimp are pink and slightly crispy.
Garnish and serve with parsley and lemon wedges.
