Ingredients (for about 10 pancakes):
250g flour
2 eggs
300ml milk
2 tablespoons sugar
1 sachet baking powder (about 11g)
1 pinch salt
60g melted butter
1 tablespoon vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions:
Prepare the dry ingredients:
In a large bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
Combine the wet ingredients:
In another bowl, whisk the eggs and milk. Add the melted butter and vanilla extract, if using.
