Cajun-Seasoned Shrimp and Sausage Linguine

Ingredients:
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 sausages (Andouille or your choice), sliced
8 oz linguine pasta
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup chicken broth
Fresh parsley, chopped
Directions:
Cook the linguine according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add sausage slices and cook until browned, about 5-6 minutes.
Add shrimp, Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, and garlic. Cook for 2-3 minutes until shrimp turns pink.
Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth. Simmer for 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Toss the cooked linguine into the skillet, mixing well to coat in the sauce.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
