Irish Seafood Chowder
A rich, creamy chowder packed with fresh seafood and hearty flavors—perfect for warming up on a chilly day!
Ingredients:
1 tbsp butter
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups fish stock or seafood broth
1 cup heavy cream
1 large potato, peeled and diced
½ lb white fish (cod or haddock), cubed
½ lb shrimp or mussels, cleaned and peeled if needed
1 carrot, diced (optional for color and sweetness)
1 celery stalk, diced (optional for extra flavor)
Salt & freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Chopped fresh parsley or chives, for garnish
