Ingredients:
– Water (to boil)
– Pasta – 1 cup
– Oil – 1 tsp
– Salt – to taste
– Butter – 2 tbsp
– Garlic (chopped) – 2 tbsp
– Pepper powder – ½ tsp
– Chili flakes – to taste
– Mayonnaise – 2 tbsp
– Parsley – for garnish
Process:
1. Boil water with oil and salt.
2. Add pasta and cook until soft.
3. Strain and set aside.
4. In a pan, melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
5. Add boiled pasta and cook for 2 minutes.
6. Sprinkle pepper and chili flakes.
7. Add mayonnaise and cook for another 2 minutes.
8. Finish with parsley and **mix well**.
