Sauteed Shrimp with Spinach

Ingredients
1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 cups fresh spinach
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Directions
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic and let it gently sizzle for about a minute, just until it fills your kitchen with a wonderful aroma.
Toss in the shrimp along with the salt and pepper. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the shrimp are perfectly pink and cooked through.
Add the fresh spinach and pour in the lemon juice. Stir everything together just until the spinach wilts.
