Ingredients :
– 100g of minced cooked chicken
– 4 leaves of rice
– 1 cucumber cut into thin strips
– 1 grated carrot
– 50g of cooked rice vermicelli
– 2 tablespoons of crushed peanuts
– 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
– 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar
– 1 tablespoon of honey
Instructions:
1. Prepare all your ingredients before you get started.
2. Soak a rice leaf in hot water for 10 seconds.
3. Place it on clean and damp laundry.
4. In the center, drop off a small amount of chicken, cucumber, carrot and vermicelli.
5. Add peanuts, soy sauce fillet and rice vinegar.
6. Fold the sides of leaf, then roll gently.
7. Repeat operation for other rolls
