🦞 Grilled Lobster with Herbs – Ingredients & Preparation

🧂 Ingredients:

  • 2 whole lobsters (fresh or thawed), split in half lengthwise
  • 3 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp paprika (optional for color and depth)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

🔥 Preparation Method:

1. Prepare the Lobster

  • If using fresh lobster, boil briefly for 3–5 minutes to partially cook, then split in half lengthwise.
  • If using pre-cooked or thawed lobster, simply split and clean.

2. Make the Herb Marinade

  • In a small bowl, mix olive oil or melted butter with garlic, lemon juice, parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper.

3. Season the Lobster

  • Brush the cut side of each lobster half generously with the herb marinade.
  • Let it sit for 10–15 minutes to absorb flavor.

4. Grill to Perfection

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high.
  • Place lobsters cut-side down first for 2–3 minutes to get a good sear.
  • Flip and grill shell-side down for another 4–5 minutes, basting with more marinade.
  • Lobster meat should be opaque and slightly charred.

5. Serve Hot

  • Transfer to a serving plate, garnish with extra parsley and lemon wedges.
