🧂 Ingredients:
- 2 whole lobsters (fresh or thawed), split in half lengthwise
- 3 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp paprika (optional for color and depth)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges, for serving
🔥 Preparation Method:
1. Prepare the Lobster
- If using fresh lobster, boil briefly for 3–5 minutes to partially cook, then split in half lengthwise.
- If using pre-cooked or thawed lobster, simply split and clean.
2. Make the Herb Marinade
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil or melted butter with garlic, lemon juice, parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper.
3. Season the Lobster
- Brush the cut side of each lobster half generously with the herb marinade.
- Let it sit for 10–15 minutes to absorb flavor.
4. Grill to Perfection
- Preheat your grill to medium-high.
- Place lobsters cut-side down first for 2–3 minutes to get a good sear.
- Flip and grill shell-side down for another 4–5 minutes, basting with more marinade.
- Lobster meat should be opaque and slightly charred.
5. Serve Hot
- Transfer to a serving plate, garnish with extra parsley and lemon wedges.
- Pair with roasted potatoes, grilled vegetables, or a fresh salad.
