Ingredients:
For the Wings:
10 chicken wings
1/2 cup BBQ sauce
Salt, pepper, garlic powder
For the Salad:
2 potatoes, boiled & cubed
1/2 cup broccoli florets
1/2 cup cauliflower florets
1/4 cup red bell pepper (optional)
1/3 cup mayonnaise
Salt & pepper to taste
Carrot Slaw:
1 cup shredded carrots
1 tbsp vinegar
Salt & sugar to taste
Instructions:
1. Wings: Season wings and bake at 400°F (200°C) for 30–35 mins. Toss in BBQ sauce and broil for 3–5 mins.
2. Salad: Mix boiled potatoes, broccoli, cauliflower, bell pepper with mayo. Season.
3. Carrots: Toss shredded carrots with vinegar, salt & sugar.
