1 bagel (or 2 slices bread), halved and toasted
1 ripe avocado
2 eggs
1 tsp olive oil or butter (for cooking)
ΒΌ tsp chili flakes
Salt & pepper to taste
Β½ cup fresh strawberries, halved or quartered
ππ’π«ππππ’π¨π§π¬:
Toast bagel halves or bread slices until golden.
In a bowl, mash the avocado with a pinch of salt and pepper. Spread evenly over each toasted half.
Heat a bit of oil or butter in a skillet. Crack in eggs and fry sunny-side-up (or to your liking). Season with salt and pepper.
Place a fried egg over each avocado toast. Sprinkle with chili flakes.
Plate with a generous handful of sliced strawberries on the side. Enjoy fresh!
