📝 Ingredients:
🍪 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
🧈 1/3 cup melted butter
🧂 Pinch of salt
🧀 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
🍍 1 cup crushed pineapple (drained, reserve juice)
🍬 1/2 cup granulated sugar
🍦 1 cup whipped topping
🍋 1 tbsp pineapple juice (from reserved juice)
🥄 1 tsp vanilla extract
👩‍🍳 Instructions:
🥣 Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and salt. Press into a 9-inch springform pan. Chill for 15 mins.
🍍 In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
🍦 Fold in whipped topping, crushed pineapple, pineapple juice, and vanilla extract.
