Creamy Banana Colada Smoothie 

1 ripe banana
½ cup coconut milk
½ cup pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)
1 tablespoon shredded coconut
Ice cubes (as desired)
1. Prepare the ingredients:
Peel the banana and cut it into chunks. If using fresh pineapple, cut it into small pieces.
2. Add to blender:
In a blender, combine the banana, coconut milk, pineapple chunks, shredded coconut, and a handful of ice cubes.
3. Blend:
Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, you can add a little more coconut milk.
4. Taste and adjust:
Taste the smoothie. If you’d like it sweeter, you can add a teaspoon of honey or maple syrup (optional).
5. Serve:
Pour into a glass, garnish with extra shredded coconut or a pineapple wedge if desired, and enjoy immediately!
