Ingredients:
2 ripe but firm pears, halved and cored
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
2 tablespoons honey
Fresh thyme leaves (optional)
Pinch of salt and black pepper
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Brush the cut side of each pear half with olive oil and place them cut-side up on the baking sheet. Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.
Roast for 20–25 minutes, or until the pears are tender and slightly golden.
Remove from oven and top each pear with crumbled feta and chopped walnuts. Drizzle with honey and return to the oven for 5 more minutes.
Garnish with fresh thyme if desired, and serve warm as an elegant appetizer or light dessert.
