🧺 Ingredients (Ma9adir):
- 4 boneless pork cutlets (thinly sliced)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- ½ cup all-purpose flour (for dredging)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 small shallot, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- ½ cup chicken broth
- ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp capers, drained
- Lemon slices (for garnish)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
👨🍳 Method (Tari9a):
1. Prep the Pork:
- Season pork cutlets with salt and pepper.
- Lightly dredge each cutlet in flour, shaking off excess.
2. Sear the Cutlets:
- Heat olive oil and 1 tbsp butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook pork cutlets for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Remove and set aside on a plate.
3. Make the Sauce:
- In the same skillet, add remaining butter.
- Sauté shallots and garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Add chicken broth, lemon juice, and capers.
- Simmer for 3–5 minutes until slightly reduced.
4. Combine & Serve:
- Return pork cutlets to the pan and spoon sauce over them.
- Simmer for 2 more minutes to absorb flavor.
- Garnish with lemon slices and parsley.
