“Perfect Comfort for Cozy Nights”
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef 
1 large onion, finely diced 
2 cloves garlic, minced 
1 bell pepper, diced (any color) 
2 cups elbow macaroni 
1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce 
1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained 
2 cups beef broth 
1 tbsp soy sauce (adds a hint of umami!) 
1 tsp Italian seasoning 
Salt and pepper, to taste 
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, optional 
Cook the Beef: In a large skillet or pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat until it’s no longer pink. Drain any excess fat.
Add Veggies: Add the diced onion, garlic, and bell pepper to the beef. Sauté until the veggies are soft and fragrant, about 5 minutes.
Mix in Sauces: Stir in the tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, beef broth, soy sauce, and Italian seasoning. Bring to a gentle simmer.
Add Pasta: Pour in the elbow macaroni, stirring to combine. Cover and let it cook on low for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is tender and has absorbed the flavors.
Season: Taste and add salt and pepper as needed. For extra richness, sprinkle shredded cheddar on top and let it melt before serving!
