These Chicken Fajitas are a flavorful, quick, and easy meal perfect for weeknights. Juicy, spiced chicken strips are cooked alongside caramelized bell peppers and onions, then served in warm tortillas with your favorite toppings. Ingredients:

For the Chicken & Vegetables:

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or 4 boneless thighs), sliced into thin strips

1 red bell pepper, sliced

1 yellow bell pepper, sliced

1 green bell pepper, sliced

1 large onion, sliced

2 tbsp olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp lime juice

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

8 small flour or corn tortillas

For the Fajita Seasoning:

1 tsp chili powder

1 tsp smoked paprika

1/2 tsp cumin

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional for extra heat)

Slice the chicken, bell peppers, and onion into thin strips.
