3 cups vanilla ice cream
¾ cup very cold whole milk
½ – 1 teaspoon mint extract (to adjust for minty strength: ½ tsp for subtle, 1 tsp for strong)
Green food coloring (a few drops)
Whipped cream
Sprinkles (your choice)
Maraschino cherries (for topping)
Instructions:
Combine the vanilla ice cream, milk, mint extract, and a few drops of green food coloring in a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy. Add more mint extract or green food coloring to taste if desired.
Pour the shamrock shake into glasses.
Top with whipped cream, sprinkles, and a maraschino cherry for an extra festive touch.
