Ferrero Rocher & Oreo Bliss Cake

🎂 Ingredients

For the Chocolate Cake Layers:

  • 250g all-purpose flour
  • 75g unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 200g granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup boiling water

For the Filling & Frosting:

  • 200g Ferrero Rocher chocolates (crushed)
  • 150g Oreo cookies (crushed)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Extra Ferrero Rocher & Oreos for decoration

🍰 Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix sugar, eggs, buttermilk, oil, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients, then stir in boiling water until the batter is smooth.
  5. Divide batter between pans and bake for 30–35 minutes. Cool completely.
  6. For the frosting, beat heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
  7. Spread whipped cream on one cake layer, sprinkle with crushed Ferrero Rocher and Oreos.
  8. Add second layer, cover with remaining whipped cream, and decorate with extra candies.
  9. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
