Stuffed Chicken, Bacon & Chive Bread Loaf
This incredible savory bread loaf is stuffed with a flavorful combination of chicken, crispy bacon, and fresh chives, all topped with melted cheese. A perfect meal for any occasion!
Ingredients:
1 loaf of bread (your preferred type)
1 lb cooked chicken breast, shredded
1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
1/4 cup fresh chives, chopped
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
Make the Filling: In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, chopped chives, shredded cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until fully combined.
Prepare the Bread: Slice the loaf of bread in half lengthwise, but don’t cut all the way through. Hollow out the bread, leaving a thick crust.
Stuff the Loaf: Pack the bread with the chicken and bacon mixture, pressing down to make sure it fits.
Bake: Wrap the stuffed bread in aluminum foil and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20–25 minutes, or until the outside is golden brown and crispy.
