🧆 Oven-Baked Meatballs (No Sauce)

Ingredients:

  • 500g ground meat (beef or chicken)
  • 1 grated onion
  • A handful of chopped parsley
  • Salt, black pepper, paprika, cumin
  • A drizzle of olive oil
  • Optional: 1 egg or breadcrumbs for binding

Instructions:

  1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
  2. Shape into small balls and place on a lightly oiled baking tray.
  3. Bake at 200°C (392°F) for 20–25 minutes until browned and cooked through.
