- ΒΌ cup extra-virgin olive oil
- Β½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- ΒΌ cup dry white wine
- 6 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 cup loosely packed parsley, coarsely chopped
- 1 lemon, halved
- Kosher salt to taste
