- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil or vegetable oil
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- Optional: chili flakes for heat, sesame seeds for garnish
