Henny Butter Shrimp – viral luxury dish with cognac butter 

Ingredients
For the Shrimp:
1 lb (450 g) large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and black pepper, to taste
For the Henny Butter Sauce:
4 tbsp unsalted butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp Hennessy (or any cognac)
1 tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp chili flakes (optional, for heat)
1 tsp lemon juice
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Optional: Toasted bread or steamed rice for serving
