🧾 Ingredients:
- 4 lobster tails (thawed if frozen)
- ½ cup melted butter
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon paprika (optional, for color)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
🔥 Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Butterfly the lobster tails: Using kitchen shears, cut through the top shell lengthwise. Gently pull the meat out and lay it on top of the shell.
- Prepare garlic butter: Mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the lobster meat generously with the garlic butter mixture.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and slightly firm. Internal temperature should reach 140–145°F (60–63°C).
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with extra garlic butter or lemon wedges.
