Baked Lobster Tails with Garlic Butter

🧾 Ingredients:

  • 4 lobster tails (thawed if frozen)
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon paprika (optional, for color)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)

🔥 Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Butterfly the lobster tails: Using kitchen shears, cut through the top shell lengthwise. Gently pull the meat out and lay it on top of the shell.
  3. Prepare garlic butter: Mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Brush the lobster meat generously with the garlic butter mixture.
  5. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and slightly firm. Internal temperature should reach 140–145°F (60–63°C).
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with extra garlic butter or lemon wedges.
