👨🍳 Instructions:
- Prep the shrimp
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Toss shrimp with olive oil, wine, salt, and pepper. Arrange in a single layer in a baking dish.
- Make the topping
- In a bowl, mix butter, garlic, shallots, parsley, rosemary, red pepper flakes, lemon zest, lemon juice, and egg yolk.
- Fold in panko breadcrumbs.
- Assemble and bake
- Spread breadcrumb mixture evenly over shrimp.
- Bake for 10–13 minutes until shrimp are pink and topping is golden.
- Serve
- Garnish with extra parsley and lemon wedges.
