Instructions:
1. Prepare the beef:
Season beef cubes with soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a pan and sear the beef for 2–3 minutes per side until browned and tender.
2. Cook the vegetables:
Steam the broccoli until bright green and tender.
Slice cherry tomatoes and prepare corn kernels.
3. Assemble the salad:
In a large bowl or plate, layer the broccoli, tomatoes, and corn.
Add the seared beef cubes on top.
Place boiled egg halves around the salad.
4. Garnish:
Sprinkle sesame seeds and drizzle a little extra dressing if desired.
