Cajun Garlic Butter Sauce for Seafood
👨🍳 Instructions
- Melt the butter
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter until fully liquid.
- Sauté the garlic
- Add minced garlic and cook for 2–3 minutes until fragrant (don’t let it brown).
- Add spices
- Stir in Cajun seasoning, paprika, onion powder, cayenne, and salt. Mix well.
- Finish with lemon and herbs
- Add lemon juice and chopped parsley. Simmer for 1–2 minutes.
- Serve
- Pour over shrimp, crab, lobster, or use as a dip for seafood boil. Also great with grilled corn or potatoes.
