    • Stir in Cajun seasoning, paprika, onion powder, cayenne, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Finish with lemon and herbs
    • Add lemon juice and chopped parsley. Simmer for 1–2 minutes.
  5. Serve
    • Pour over shrimp, crab, lobster, or use as a dip for seafood boil. Also great with grilled corn or potatoes.
