☑️Ingredients :
– 500 g of cherries (or other fruit: apricots, mirabelles, raspberries… )
– 250 ml of milk (cow or vegetable)
– 180 g of flour
– 100 grams of almond powder
– 3 eggs
– 100 grams of sugar
– 1 bag of vanilla sugar
– A pinch of salt
☑️Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (thermostat 6).
2. In a salad bowl, beat eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar until you get a homogeneous mixture.
