  • 9 oz cheese tortellini
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ lb Italian sausage
  • ½ cup chopped onions
  • 3 cups tomato sauce
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Boil tortellini for 8–10 minutes, then drain and set aside.
