🍳 Method:
- Season the steak with salt and pepper.
- Mix flour, seasoned salt, paprika, cayenne, and black pepper in a shallow dish.
- Whisk eggs and ½ cup milk in another dish.
- Dredge steak in flour → egg mixture → flour again.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry steaks until golden brown, about 3–4 minutes per side.
- Drain excess oil, leaving about 2 tbsp in the pan.
- Make gravy: Add ¼ cup flour to the pan drippings, whisk until golden. Slowly add 5 cups milk, whisking constantly until thickened. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve steaks smothered in gravy, with mashed potatoes or biscuits.
